PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
After you have placed your order all products we have in stock at our warehouse will be processed and despatched within 48 hours of placing the order – for items we don't have in stock, please see “out of stock” details shown below. (Orders placed after 11.00am on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday).
OUT OF STOCK ?
We are a small independently run company. We monitor our stock levels closely and endeavour to keep all stock lines on our shelves. However, the demand sometimes exceeds our available supply. In these instances we look to replenish our stock immediately, most products we sell are freely available for re-order from our suppliers and generally arrive to us, and are posted out to you within 10-14 days of us ordering them.
In rare instances there are products that the manufacturer’s stock levels are low, we will advise you by email or letter if any product/s you have ordered are out of stock with the manufacturer and with the expected delivery date.
FREE POSTAGE THRESHOLD POLICY
If you are returning items and did not pay postage because the order came above the £50.00 threshold, and then if the item/s returned for a refund brings the value of goods bought from us below the £50.00 threshold for free postage. The postage is then deductable from the refunded amount.
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website. All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative could be sent in its place.
UNITED KINGDOM POST & PACKING DETAILS
Post, Packaging and Insurance to UK destinations during our Winter Sale for orders up to the value of £50 will cost a flat rate of £2 per order, orders above the value of £50 will be posted free. Goods are normally despatched by return using Royal Mail First Class Post.
EUROPEAN POST & PACKING DETAILS
All items for delivery inside the European Union will cost £5.00.
REST OF THE WORLD POST & PACKING DETAILS
All items for delivery to any other country will cost £8.00.

All prices include U.K. value added tax at 17.5%
RETURNS EXCHANGES & FAULTY GOODS
If you need to return an unworn item, please complete the simple to use returns form enclosed with your order. Return the goods unworn with all labels intact and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will happily exchange or refund the cost of goods in full. You will not be asked to pay any additional postage if you request an exchange. When returning the goods the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest that you obtain a proof of postage form from your Post Office. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Payment may be made by: - cheque or credit card basis with order, by fax, phone, post or web site.

All credit card transactions will be subject to authenticity by the Modulus 10 check Algorithm system. We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
