PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
After you have placed your order all products we have in stock at our warehouse will be processed and despatched within 48 hours of placing the order – for items we don't have in stock, please see “out of stock” details shown below. (Orders placed after 11.00am on a Friday may not be processed until the following Monday).
OUT OF STOCK ?
We are a small independently run company. We monitor our stock levels closely and endeavour to keep all stock lines on our shelves. However, the demand sometimes exceeds our available supply. In these instances we look to replenish our stock immediately, most products we sell are freely available for re-order from our suppliers and generally arrive to us, and are posted out to you within 5-8 days of us ordering them.
In rare instances there are products that the manufacturer’s stock levels are low, we will advise you by email or letter if any product/s you have ordered are out of stock with the manufacturer and with the expected delivery date.
FREE POSTAGE THRESHOLD POLICY
If you are returning items and did not pay postage because the order came above the free postage threshold, and then if the item/s returned for a refund brings the value of goods bought from us below the free postage threshold, the postage is then deductable from the refunded amount.
To assist in prompt despatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website. All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative could be sent in its place.

RETURNS EXCHANGES & FAULTY GOODS
If you need to return an unworn item, please complete the simple to use returns form enclosed with your order. Return the goods unworn with all labels intact and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will happily exchange or refund the cost of goods in full. You will not be asked to pay any additional postage if you request an exchange. When returning the goods the parcel and postage is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest that you obtain a proof of postage form from your Post Office. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Payment may be made by: - cheque, postal order or credit card basis with order, by fax, phone, post or web site.

We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.

Our aim is to please you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days. We will be happy to exchange or provide you with a full refund. (see returns section) Please obtain proof of posting. Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
