The Travel Card is a stored value card and is fully transferable. Currency loaded Travel Cards can be used toward Best Western brand hotel charges (any eligible service managed or operated by a Best Western brand hotel) and any applicable taxes. They may not be accepted at concessions located at a hotel not owned, operated or managed by that Best Western brand hotel.

At time of check-in, guests should present their Travel Card, a valid picture ID and a personal credit card or other form of payment guarantee.

The value available on the card will be reduced by the total charges/units. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to keep track of the value of their Travel Card. Card balances can be tracked online at travelcard.bestwestern.com when the cardholder registers the card. The balance may also be checked by calling their Customer Services.

Travel Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Travel Cards are not exchangeable for cash in part or other substitutions and no change will be given.

Each Best Western hotel is independently owned and operated.

2nd Prize - £100 to spend with Woods of Morecambe either online or through our mail order catalogue.

A special account will be opened for you to spend £100 either online or alternatively you can spend your prize through our mail order catalogue.

You will be given a special customer account number to input at the checkout stage online or quote to our customer service personnel.

Please note any garments returned for refund, the value of the goods will be credited to your Special account, we are unable to refund as a cash alternative.

3rd Prize - £50 to spend with Woods of Morecambe either online or through our mail order catalogue.

A special account will be opened for you to spend £50 either online or alternatively you can spend your prize through our mail order catalogue.

You will be given a special customer account number to input at the checkout stage online orquote to our customer service personnel.

Please note any garments returned for refund, the value of the goods will be credited to your Special account, we are unable to refund as a cash alternative.

Competition closing date is 31st December 2008.

The prize draw is open to all residents of the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands over the age of 18. This excludes employees of Woods of Morecambe Ltd and their immediate families and connected companies.

Competition is free to enter, no purchase necessary.

The winners will be drawn at random one week after the closing date of the competition, and will be notified by post within 14 days of the draw taking place. The winner is required to contact Woods of Morecambe Ltd (Tel 01524 840084) to confirm acceptance of their prize within 14 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance within the specified period, or if the person is not contactable, Woods of Morecambe Ltd reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry.

Prizes will be sent by default to the customer's registered address. It is the winner's responsibility to notify Woods of Morecambe of any change in address.

By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for her/his name and county to be used for publicity purposes.

Woods of Morecambe Ltd will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Woods of Morecambe reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Woods of Morecambe Ltd regret no cash refund can be made on any balance unused. If the balance of the booking(s) of the hotels or order(s) is more than that of the Travel card or credit on the account the balance must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of booking or ordering.

Woods of Morecambe Ltd can accept no responsibility for the Travel card if it is lost or stolen.

No cash alternative will be offered.

The management of Woods reserve the right to reject entries from automated web robots or people trying to gain an unfair advantage by entering multiple times - our decision is final and we may require proof of ID/Address in order to claim any prizes.

It is a condition of entry that the terms and conditions of the prize draw are accepted as final and that entrants agree to abide by the rules.
