Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an unworn item, please complete the simple to use returns form enclosed with your order. 

Return the goods unworn with all labels intact and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will happily exchange or refund the cost of goods in full.

Extended Christmas returns until January 31st

Please note; If you have received free postage for an order and return any garments for a refund and the monies fall below the free postage threshold, free postage will no longer be viable and standard postage and packing will be taken off the refund.

You will not be asked to pay any additional postage if you request an exchange.

When returning the goods the parcel and postage is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We suggest that you obtain a proof of postage form from your Post Office. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
