Ordering from this Website

To order products using this website, simply follow these steps:

1. Find the product(s) you wish to purchase using one of the various navigation options or search filters onsite.

2. For each product, select the sizes, colours or lengths you require (if applicable), the quantity you require, then click the 'Add to Basket' button.

3. After you have finished your shopping, click on the 'View Basket' button/link above.

4. At the View Basket page, make sure the basket contains the products you wish to order, then click on the 'Checkout' button.

5. At the checkout page, fill in any information the page requires such as delivery address, email address etc.On this page you will also be able to select shipping type, payment type (card/cheque) and input any discount/gift vouchers.

6. If you choose payment by Card you will be taken to our secure server to input your details.

Assuming all goes well, your order will then complete on our systems and an email will be generated to confirm your order.
