Below is a selection of comments we have received: I am a new customer and would like to thank you for your excellent service and keeping me up to date with deliveries during the postal strike. V.F. London I just wanted to say what a really great shop you have, I only found you a month or so, but in my three visits your staff have been so very helpful, and friendly, you really do give a personal service that it hard to come by these days. I have to say I am a bigger lady but I in no way feel out of place, in the great measuring and fitting service and you have a great range of sizes and your staff have been more than happy to order items in that have not been in stock, so thanks to you all for your great service i hope to be buying from both your shop and mail order for many years to come R.M. I had a mastectomy in May 2007, and have struggled since then to find a bra that was comrfortable for any length of time. I had been measured previously but was slightly hesitant to return for fitting following my surgery. However I should not have been concerned. The two ladies in your shop were kind, considerate and professional, at no time did I feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. It was something they obviously have done a hundred times before! I came away with a perfectly fitting bra, not at all the size I went in with, that is a perfect fit and very comfortable and not at all expensive. I have been buying the same style bra (Fully by Exquisive Form) from the same store for 40 plus years, however they do not carry my size any more. I have been searching and buying several other bras from several other places for the last 4-5 years trying to find one similar to the style and fit of what I have always worn. Your Berdita Bra is the answer! On top of it coming in my hard to find size, it is pretty! I have always had to put up with a plane white cotton bra. I just ordered 3 more I am so pleased!
